Welcome Home, Cats and Dogs
Your furry friends are welcome at FireSkye. We're a pet-friendly community that allows dogs and cats, with a maximum of 3 pets per household. A 25-pound weight limit applies to each pet.
Breed restrictions apply, including Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Doberman Pinschers. Further breed restrictions may apply, so contact our leasing team for the current list.
A non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet is due at move-in.
An additional deposit of $150 per pet applies, plus a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. All pets must complete Pet Screening before move-in.
